I have completed a 12-month, comprehensive program through the Kresser Institute, in which the curriculum focused on compassionate communication, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, character strengths, and functional medicine. I have worked with many clients, both through private one on one sessions as well as and in a virtual environment.
I passionately believe in being active, eating nourishing food, practicing yoga, playing in nature, and having a work life balance. I am a warrior when it comes to wellness, and it is my mission for you to be one as well.
